What to Expect
Experience personalized, round-the-clock care from arrival to departure, designed to support every step of your recovery. Our structured schedule and dedicated services ensure your well-being and comfort are always our top priorities.
Arrival and Pre-Op Support
Once you arrive at Miami International Airport or Fort Lauderdale Airport, you’ll take an Uber/Lyft to your surgical center for your pre-op appointment. After completing your pre-op, our team will pick you up and transport you to our facility. Please note that check-in begins at 1:00 PM.
Day of Surgery
Your round-the-clock care starts on the morning of your surgery and continues through your first post-op appointment the following day.
Post-Surgery Care (Day 2 to Departure)
Post-surgery care is available daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Emergency care is accessible after 7:00 PM if medically necessary.
Meal Service
Breakfast: 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM
Lunch: 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM
Dinner: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
The kitchen closes at 7:30 PM. Meal service begins on the day of your surgery.
Massage Services
Massages are offered between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM daily. Please note that massages are not provided on the day of checkout unless special arrangements are made in advance.
Departure Guidelines
On the morning of departure, care services are not provided. We will only arrange airport transportation and provide a snack and drink. Please book your flights accordingly, as late checkout incurs an additional cost.
- Standard Checkout Time: 9:00 AM
Late Checkout Options:
- Simple Checkout – $100: Checkout by 12 PM, includes breakfast, no post-op care.
- Classic Checkout – $150: Checkout by 1:30 PM, includes breakfast, no post-op care.
- Premium Checkout – $250: Checkout by 2:30 PM, includes breakfast, lunch, one massage, and one hour of post-op care (including assistance with washing surgical garments).
What to Bring
To maximize your comfort and ensure a seamless recovery, we recommend you bring the following items:
- Toiletries
- 2 nightgowns
- 2 black loose long dresses
- 2 black compression socks
- Crocs or slippers
- Non-shedding robes
- Comfortable clothes for the ride home
Important Packing Notes
🛑 Pack Light: Only carry-ons are allowed; no large luggage permitted.
💸 Bring extra funds for medications, IV infusions, BBL pillows, additional massages, transportation, and unforeseen circumstances.

- Medications: $250 minimum
- Mandatory IV Infusion: $280
- Stage 1 Faja: $150 (extra Faja for rotation)
- Stage 2 Faja (Optional): $180

Booking Process
Step 1: Initial Consultation
We'll discuss your needs and recovery goals to determine if we’re the right fit for you.
Step 2: Booking Confirmation
Once you’ve decided to move forward, you’ll be required to complete and submit a booking form (Jotform).
Step 3: Deposit Submission
To finalize your booking, a $350 non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of form submission. After reviewing your Jotform and confirming receipt, we’ll secure your reservation. Failure to pay the deposit within the allocated timeframe will result in the removal of your form from our system, requiring prior authorization for any future bookings.
