Booking Policy

By booking with Dream Dolls Recovery Miami, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and policies regarding deposits, payments, and cancellations. Please review these details carefully to ensure a smooth and transparent booking process. Understanding these policies is essential for securing your reservation and maintaining your eligibility for services.

Mandatory Requirements

  • IV Drip Therapy Post-Operative Care: This is a mandatory service for all clients.
  • No Suitcases Allowed: Only carry-ons are permitted.
  • Faja Rotation: You will require two Fajas. Additional Fajas can be purchased from the surgical center or Dream Dolls Recovery Miami.
  • Bring Extra Funds: Plan for unforeseen expenses during your stay.
  • Honest Form Submission: Jotforms must be completed accurately and honestly.

Prohibited Behaviors

  • No Photos or Videos: Capturing photos or videos inside or outside the house, or of other individuals, is strictly prohibited. Violations will lead to immediate termination of services and potential legal action.
  • Negative Reviews or Retaliatory Comments: Any form of bad-mouthing or negative reviews about Dream Dolls Recovery Miami will result in service termination and legal action.
  • Sharing Address: Under no circumstances should the address be shared with anyone, including family, friends, or the surgical center. Violations will lead to termination of services and legal consequences.

Health and Safety

  • HIV Test Requirement: A recent negative HIV test must be provided within 6 months of your arrival date. Test results must be sent directly from the testing center via email or patient portal. ID details must match the test results. Failure to comply will result in refusal of services and forfeiture of all payments.

Basic Supplies and Services:

  • 30x36 disposable bed chucks (minimum of 10 needed, more recommended). Additional chucks can be purchased for $15 per 10-pack.

  • 1 Faja/4 foams/2 boards - $250
  • 4 Foams/2 Abdominal Boards/2 Back Boards - $175
  • IV Drip Therapy - $280 (mandatory)
  • Massages (1) - $85, (2) - $160, (3) - $250
  • Stage 1 Faja - $150 each
  • Stage 2 Faja - $180 each
  • Arm Garment - $65 each
  • Abdominal Boards - $45 each
  • Back Boards - $35 each
  • Foams - $25 each
  • BBL Pillow - $70 each
  • Waist Trainer - $100 each
  • Abdominal Binder - $75 each
  • Swell Spot Pads (S) - $75, (M) - $125, (L) - $175

Booking and Payments

Deposit Requirements:

  • A $350 non-refundable deposit is required to book.
  • For bookings less than 3 weeks before surgery, a 50% deposit is required.
  • For bookings less than 2 weeks before surgery, full payment is required at the time of booking.


Payment Deadlines:

  • Balances must be paid in full 15 days before your arrival. Failure to pay by the deadline will result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.


Payment Terms: Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to the original client once within 6 months.

Refund Policy

  • There are NO REFUNDS for early departures or hospital admissions under any circumstances.
  • Additional Rides: Extra appointments or transportation not included in the package will require immediate payment (starting at $85-$150 per trip). Substitutions are not allowed.

Package Details

When you choose our recovery service, you’re opting for a package designed to ensure your recovery experience is as smooth and stress-free as possible. Here’s what’s included in your stay:


Transportation Services

  • Pre-Op Pick-Up: We’ll pick you up from your pre-op appointment.
  • Round Trips: Transportation for surgery and your initial post-op appointment is included.
  • Prescription Assistance: Drop-off and pick-up of medication prescriptions.
  • Additional Trips: Trips outside the included services will require payment at the time of service, starting at $85-$150 per round trip. For convenience, you can also use Uber or Lyft. Please note, extra trips cannot be guaranteed.


Meal Provision

  • Daily Meals: Enjoy 3 healthy post-op meals daily, each served with a beverage.
  • Snacks and Beverages: Unlimited snacks and unlimited water are available to keep you hydrated and nourished.


Laundry Services

  • We provide daily laundry services for your surgical garmentcompression socksrobegown/maxi dress, and towel.
  • Laundry services operate between 10 AM and 4 PM, with one load per client daily.


Comfort and Amenities

  • Climate Control: Relax in the comfort of cold central air conditioning.
  • Entertainment: Stream your favorite content on a smart TV with free Wi-Fi.


Basic Post-Op Supplies

We include the following essential post-op supplies to make your recovery smoother:

  • Maxi Pads (10)
  • Disposable Medical Chucks (10)
  • Alcohol Pads (10)
  • Adult Diapers (5)
  • Large Bed Underpad (1)


Please Note: Depending on your drainage needs, you may require additional 30x36 disposable chucks. Clients generally need an extra 10-20 chucks based on their personal preferences for replacement frequency. If you run out, you can purchase a pack of 10 medical chucks from us for $15.


Massage Services

30-minute massage session is included in your package. Additional massages are available for purchase if desired.
