Service Disclosures

• Non-Medical Service: Dream Dolls Recovery Miami is a non-medical post-operative care service. We do not provide skilled nursing or medical treatments.
• Scope of Practice: Our licensed or certified HHAs, CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and certified body sculpting practitioners offer supportive care within their legal scope of practice in a private home setting.
• Surgical Results Disclaimer: Dream Dolls Recovery Miami is not responsible for your post-surgical results. Body sculpting sessions aim to improve lymphatic flow, detox, and relaxation but do not guarantee healing or outcomes.
• Medical Disclosure: We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medications or medical treatments.

Terms and Policies

• Rescheduling: You are allowed one free reschedule. Additional reschedules will incur a $350 rebooking fee. Remaining balances must be paid by the original due date, even after a reschedule. Dates must be verified for availability prior to rebooking.

Deposit and Payments:

• Deposit Requirements: A $350 non-refundable deposit is required to book. Deposits are valid for 6 months.
• Payment Deadlines: Balances are due 15 days prior to arrival by 5 PM EST. Late payments result in cancellation and forfeiture of all monies paid.
• Proximity Bookings: Bookings made less than 3 weeks before surgery require a 50% deposit. Full payment is required for bookings made within 15 days of surgery.



• Cancellation Policy: If surgery is canceled for medical reasons, we deduct the deposit, a $250 cancellation fee, $150 per reserved night, and fully charge spent nights. Written proof of cancellation from your surgeon is required.

Client Responsibilities

• Medication and Medical History: Be truthful and accurate on all submitted forms, and notify us immediately of any changes to procedures or medical conditions.
• Medical Emergencies: Clients must accept medical attention when deemed necessary. Clients leaving a hospital with a hemoglobin count below 7.2 will not be accepted back to the recovery home.
• COVID-19 Precautions: Persistent coughs require a home COVID-19 test upon arrival. Positive results mandate an immediate departure with a partial refund based on the refund policy.

Prohibited Actions

• Address Confidentiality: Sharing our address with anyone or any entity without permission is forbidden and will result in terminated services.
• Photography and Video: Photos and videos, inside or outside Dream Dolls Recovery Miami property, are prohibited. Violations will result in termination and potential legal action.
• Slander or Retaliatory Feedback: Negative or false reviews in retaliation are grounds for legal action and terminated services.
• Outsider Services: Outside vendors for massages, IV therapy, or other services are not allowed. Only approved vendors are permitted.

Payment and Refund Policies

Damage Fees

At Dream Dolls Recovery Miami, we prioritize maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all our clients. To ensure the quality of our services, we have outlined the following fees for damages to property. Clients are financially responsible for any damages incurred during their stay, and the corresponding charges will be applied immediately.

Property Damage Fees

• TV: $675
• TV Remote: $25
• Twin Mattress: $350
• Twin Bed: $320
• Pillow: $25
• Dresser: $800
• Nightstand: $300

Door and Hardware Damage Fees

• Damaged Interior Door: $350
• Damaged Exterior Door: $1,200
• Damaged Interior Door Knob: $150
• Damaged Exterior Door Knob: $150

Shower and Plumbing Damage Fees

• Damaged Shower Door: $500
• Clogged Toilet (due to wipes or hair): $550
• Clogged Sink (due to wipes or hair): $550
• Clogged Shower Drain (due to hair): $550

We respectfully request all guests handle property with care to avoid any unnecessary charges. Your cooperation helps us maintain a high standard of service and ensures a pleasant experience for everyone in our care. Thank you for understanding and adhering to these responsibilities.

Health and Safety Protocols

• Hygiene Rules: Clients must maintain cleanliness to prevent health risks. No bloody clothes inside the house, and clients must lay on provided protective barriers on beds to avoid extra charges.
• Outside Activity: Regular clean clothes must be worn outside. Outdoor access is limited to designated areas.
• House Rules: Clients are prohibited from entering restricted areas of the home (e.g., garage) or using household appliances (e.g., washing machines) without supervision.

Property and Conduct Rules

• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. No loud music or speakerphone conversations are allowed during these times.
• No Visitors: Visitors are not allowed under any circumstances.

Legal Notices

• Contractual Obligations: All agreements or contracts between clients and Dream Dolls Recovery Miami are legally binding. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with terms before signing.
• Defamation and Legal Action: Any false claims or retaliatory actions that harm our company’s reputation will result in legal recourse.
• Fraudulent Actions: We retain the right to challenge any falsified information or chargebacks with supporting documentation.
